Q: Do you deliver same day?

Yes, for most orders across the inner suburbs. If your ice machine's gone down mid-service or you've got a last-minute callout, call us directly. We handle emergency deliveries regularly, and we'll tell you what we can do.

Q: Do I need to be a business to order?

No. We supply bars, venues, event planners, convenience stores, and private customers. If you're hosting a party at home and you need 10 bags or more, we can help. The minimum order for bagged ice is 10 bags at $5 per 5kg bag.

Q: How far in advance do I need to order?

A day or two works for most standard orders. For large events and festivals, especially between December and March when things get busy, earlier is better. That said, if something comes up at the last minute, call us. We're set up to move quickly when we need to.

Q: What if my numbers change on the day?

It happens. If your event grows or you need a top-up, call us, and we'll see what we can do. Same-day delivery is available across the inner suburbs for exactly this kind of situation.
